Offering #Allthethings seems like a good idea at first, but it can actually hurt your agency in the long run. In this episode of the How She Did That podcast, Tasha Booth explains why finding your niche is crucial when you go from solopreneur to the CEO of an agency.

Finding your niche is about digging deep and figuring out exactly what you have to offer. When you were a solopreneur you could offer to do #Allthethings for your clients. Even if you didn’t know how to do them, you had the time and energy to Google or YouTube anything you needed.

As an agency owner, you don’t have that luxury anymore. Agencies thrive as long as their work is repeatable. You need your teammates to be able to replicate the results you and your clients want over and over again.

For more nuggets of knowledge from someone who’s already been through what you're going through, check out this week’s episode!
