Over the last 15 months of being a part of The Launch Guild, Jayla Rae has been so integral in the company's growth and internal improvement. Recently, Jayla Rae went full time with the company and we're going to get really vulnerable in talking about how that rather small shift has initially rattled both of us in terms of mindset and limiting beliefs.

Jayla Rae Ardelean is the Director of Operations at The Launch Guild and the creator of @mil.spouse, where she loves to empower military spouses to handle overwhelm and the struggles of everyday military life. She is a writer, speaker, and dachshund lover currently living in Texas (she moves a lot, so keep up), and a military spouse who became a virtual support professional due to her lifestyle.
