Happy Almost New Year!!! The end of the year is always a crazy time for businesses. Whether we’re trying to meet our Q4 goals or we’re wrapping up all our work before we go on break, the pressure is on. So I wanted to take the time to slow down and enjoy everything we’ve been through in 2021.

In this week’s episode, Jayla Rae and I dive straight into it and reminisce over the entire crazy year that was 2021 and making plans for 2022. So much has changed since 2020 and even more changes will be coming in 2022 (there are even a few surprises coming up for you too 😉)

This Week We Talk About:

  • How our teammates handled their new teaching roles

  • What to do when a client isn't a great fit for your business

  • How we handled our first $1.5 million dollar launch

  • How we both work hard and play hard and keep it all balanced
